"Basement Design & Build" Service:
With this option, Spacements will not only design your basement but also build it for you. We will take you through the entire process from beginnning to end. We help you choose the types of materials and will work with you every step of the way while staying in your budget for the project.
"Basement Design Only" Service:
If you would like to take advantage of the 18 years of experience that Spacements has been designing basements, please give us a call. We will come out to your home, take measurements of your basement space and take the time to speak with you about your goals and desires for your basement. We will work closely with you to help you design a beautufil finished basement. Our "design only" service will get you the following depending on the level you choose:
- 2-D floor plan
- 3-D rendering of the final finished basement
- 3-D video of what it would be like to walk through the final design
"Basement Build Only" Service:
Already have a floor plan design? No problem. We would welcome the opportunity to complete the project for you. manage the building and remodeling part, we offer that service as well. Just think of it as hiring Spacements to be a project manager for your finished basement project. Again, we will go by your design and work with you if you desire to make any changes.
Please contact us though our online contact form to tell us about your basement finishing project. We will then contact you to schedule a consultation visit at your home. When we visit, we will do a walk through of your basement and will also take measurements. We will take to the time to thoroughly discuss your goals and will offer our expertise in ideas for your basement design. After we have the measurements and we feel like we have a good understanding of your needs, we will contact you with a quote for your basement finishing project.
